Great location in a cool part of town super close to awesome shops, a big mall, and a bustling shopping street. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the ski lift! 🎿

The hotel's location was central, in a great location at the starting point of a large shopping street. We were adjacent to Grandvalira, shopping streets, restaurants, and the mountains.- Everything was really good, and it had stable Wi-Fi.

Great location with beautiful views of the mountains from the terrace. Staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had good facilities including a pool and sauna.
The rooms could use some updating, as a few things were falling apart. Soundproofing wasn't great and there were some issues with the heating, as it was quite cold in the room despite it being October.

It is in a perfect location, slightly secluded but close to all the shopping and dining area. The attention of the staff is fantastic, especially the gentleman at the reception in the afternoon. The small free refreshment you can have at any time in the reception area is a detail.
parking lot is a real tetris. You have to leave the key of the car so that they can move it if they have to take out any vehicle already parked, which, personally, I don't like at all. Luckily there is a parking lot right in front much better. spa area (heated pool and sauna) is not a place for children to play (at least it should be). we were there, group of French people thought it was the municipal swimming pool and children lacked "bombing". I don't think that kind of behavior should be allowed.

The situation is good, near the main shops a few streets away. Parking and reception services are good, with friendly and attentive people . As for the room, the three chosen were spacious.
The access for cars from the outside is somewhat complicated, it should be adapted. It's great to have a space at breakfast for gluten intolerant people, but if you're also lactose intolerant, it's difficult. The cleanliness of the three rooms is fair (being generous in the assessment): there was hair and dirt all over the floor. One of them had a really unpleasant pipe smell. Finally, they need more staff for the restaurant: the fact that they are overcrowded on a Tuesday night, taking into account that it is low season, does not play in favour of the service typical of a 4-star hotel. The quality and price of the menu is somewhat expensive for the basic and simple thing that it is, with dishes that are not very elaborate.

Great view of the mountains from the Executive Double Rooms, comfortable beds, and a varied breakfast were the best aspects of our stay. The hotel's location is perfect, nearby everything in the town and Andorra la Vella within a short walking distance. the hotel staff was very kind, especially the staff member who helped us find a personal parking spot in the underground hotel parking.
Be careful which room you choose. One customer reviewed that the Executive Double Rooms have issues with noise coming from the pub next door.

comfort of the room, excellent attention of the staff, including the room cleaning girl.
There is a lack of variety in the offer for coeliacs. Breakfast especially, was very poor. In the bakery, they only offer a croissant, chocolate palm and some cookies. On the market, house Airos, Scheär or Ricardera have acceptable and varied products. There were jams, bread was a loaf in a paper bag, with a rubbery touch and a very good taste. Toast was missing. Proceli has some quite correct toast. For a four-star, gluten-free food offer is too poor. They need to improve this aspect, will not be difficult for them. Otherwise the food in the restaurant was good. price of the parking lot is too high. Although this is the result of the very serious and complicated parking problem in Andorra.
